  1. By using the RED 1 AIRSOFT LIMITED Website, you are agreeing to all of the following terms and conditions. You should check this page regularly to take notice of any changes we may have made.

  2. Access to this Website is permitted on a temporary basis, and we reserve the right to withdraw or amend the Services without notice. We will not be liable if for any reason this Website is unavailable at any time or for any period. From time to time, we may restrict access to some parts or all of this Website. 

  3. This Website also contains links to other websites and embedded content from other websites, which are not operated by RED 1 AIRSOFT LIMITED. RED 1 AIRSOFT LIMITED accepts no responsibility for them or for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them. Your use of the Linked Sites and Content will be subject to the terms of use and service contained within each such site.


  1. To make a purchase from our web site, all you need to do is browse our shop and then add the goods you require to the shopping cart. You can be assured your payments are secured using PayPal. 
  2. You must have a registered account to place an order on our website. We reserve the right to delete duplicate accounts and deny access to any customer(s) who do not comply with our terms and conditions.

  3. When registering you must provide true and accurate information. Inaccurate information may delay or prevent us from processing your order, it may also prevent us from contacting you to resolve any problems.

  4. Orders placed for RIF's (Realistic Imitation Firearms) without the necessary Home Office VCR Act 2007 defence will be declined and refunded or you may with to take adavantage of our two-tone painting service (if available).
  5. Pyrotechnics, which are also age restricted, are sold in-store on a face to face basis only, ID may be required as proof of age. 


  1. For you to make purchases on our website you will be required to provide your personal details. You must provide your real full name, phone number, e-mail address and other requested information. Furthermore, you will be required to provide payment details that you represent and warrant are both valid and correct and you confirm that you are the person referred to in the billing information provided.

  2. By making an offer to purchase goods, you warrant that you are over eighteen (18) years of age and are free from any legal restrictions that may prevent you from buying or that may prevent us from selling the products.

  3. We do not supply outside of the U.K (United Kingdom). 

  4. By making an offer to purchase you agree that we may use personal information provided to conduct anti fraud checks and where applicable UKARA checks. Personal information may be disclosed to credit reference, fraud prevention agencies or the police were appropriate which may keep a record of that information.

Order processing time

We aim to dispatch orders within two (2) working days after payment is made and cleared, subject to availability and validation, this excludes Sunday, Monday and bank holidays.
Normal packing and dispatch times are 48 hours (2 working days) and this is again subject to availability and validation when ordering a RIF(s) (Realistic Imitation Firearm(s) and seven (7) - ten (10) days for our two-tone painting service.

Violent Crime Reduction Act 2006

  1. Sales of realistic imitation firearms will be conducted in accordance with the relevant sections of the Violent Crimes Reduction Act 2006 (VCRA).

  2. Specifically, buyers must provide evidence for us to form a defence under section 37 of the VCRA. As members of UKARA (United Kingdom Airsoft Retail Association) We are committed to upholding a professional service for genuine Airsoft players all over the U.K

  3. Customers purchasing for any purpose therefore not covered as a defence under section 37 will have the option to convert any RIF (Realistic imitation) into an IF (Imitation Firearm) through our two-tone painting service. Please contact us to discuss this and lead times. 

Returns and Warranty

Faulty items:

  1. If you believe an item to be faulty you must return it for inspection.

  2. If an item is faulty and returned within 30 days of purchase we will offer a full refund, repair or replacement.

  3. If an item is faulty and returned between 30 days and 6 months of purchase we will offer a repair or replacement, followed by a full refund if this is unsuccessful or not possible. 

  4. If you believe you have a faulty item within six (6) months of purchase we may offer a repair or replacement if the fault was present at the time of purchase. Items returned over six (6) months after purchase must be accompanied by a technical report from an agreed third party confirming that the item was faulty at the time of purchase. The cost of obtaining a technical report will be borne you. A technical report is not required for items returned within the warranty period.

  5. We will refund you the cost of return shipping if any items are found to be faulty. If returned items are found to be no faulty, you will be charged the standard rate for delivery back to you.

Unused Items:

  1. You may return any unused item in it’s original packaging for a refund or exchange if you notify us within 30 days of receiving the item or from purchasing in-store.

  2. You will be refunded the cost of the returned item(s) within 14 days of us receiving the item.

  3. The cost of return delivery will be borne by you. You are also responsible for the item(s) until we receive them. Use of a tracked and insured service as well as suitable secure packaging is highly recommended.


We warrant certain products to be free from manufacturing defects for twelve (12) months from purchase. Our warranty only covers buyers in the UK

  1. The warranty does not cover:

  • Accidental damage (including magazine feed lips & damage from skirmishing).
  • Any routine maintenance required.
  • Any faults arising from misuse; this includes use of poor quality bbs & wrong gas, any internal damage caused by jammed BBs, overcharging batteries or using the incorrect battery or charger for the gun.
  • Any faults arising from overcharging of batteries.
  • Any faults arising from repairs / upgrades / maintenance not carried out by us.
  • Any products that have been altered or adjusted in any way from their original format (unless the alterations were carried out by our technicians).
  • Customised items cannot be returned, this includes painted two toned VCRA compliant guns.
  • Normal wear and tear to parts such as, but not limited to gears, pistons, tappet plates,seals and gaskets.
